Convenience Fee Schedule & Information
For your convenience, ProntoTrak accepts Credit/Debit card payments for the payment of your electronic monitoring fees. A convenience fee of $4.50 will be charged to your credit/debit card for all transactions of $0.01 to $75.00. A convenience fee equal to 4.95% of the total transaction will be charged to your card for transactions greater than $75.00.

For your information, our office receives NONE of the convenience fee. The fee is collected by the vendor (PayGov) to pay the discount fee, plus any additional cost they incur to offer the service. PayGov has paid for all costs of developing and maintaining this program. This method of using a third party vendor and charging a convenience fee is widely used throughout the U.S.
